Iam in the process of setting up a team with pure automation skills having the following.

4+ years of testing experience
2+ years of solid end-to-end test automation experience
Good working knowledge of at least one programming language like VB, Java, etc...
Sound experience in managing and configuring test management tool for test case planning, scheduling and execution
Demonstrable experience in using a test automation tool such as QTP, Robot, etc...
Hands on experience in developing and managing test automation frameworks
Experience in automating Web and Client Server applications
Good understanding and command over SQL and Stored Procedures
Ability to build estimates and schedules

This team will complete the Pilot project and provide the technical and financial feasibility of automation at Vizual. After the approval of the Pilot project, many of our team members will start automation with appropriate guidance and training.

So I would like you guys to source good automation skilled engineers from other software companies and get some good cash out of it. I hope we are aware of the Employee referral policy.
