Jr. Systems Administrators and Developers

Engineering graduates (preferably BE computers or electronics) with 2-3 years experience in core technologies like Linux. Should have worked on enterprise class hardware.

1. We're looking for people who are interested in System Administration and Development with a solid grounding in Linux.
2. Your personal favourite tools happen to be one or more of the following;

Servers:
Installation & Administration for the following;
a) Sendmail/ Exim
b) Apache
c) PHP
d) Database (Oracle 8i,9i/ PostGreSQL/ Sybase/ mySQL)

Coding:
e) Python
f) PERL5
g) Java, _Javascript
h) cgi-bin
i) shell scripts
j) C, C++
k) Expect
l) Tcl/tk

Security:
m)Designing & implementation of Security policies usingiptables, etc.

RDBMS:
n) RDBMS (Oracle/ PostGreSQL/ Sybase/ mySQL ) Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and PERL5 scripts to assist developers.

Backup/ Storage:
o) Backup/ (Veritas NetBackup/ Familirity with Robotic Tape Libraries etc, Knowledge of RMAN for Oracle Databases)
p) Storage (T3+, Netapp Filers (NAS)/ SAN, Veritas Volume Manager, LVM & LVM2, RAID familiarity is a must!)

Others:
q) DTP (TeX/ LaTeX)

3. you are comfy with solaris, etc.
4. your fundas on networking are clear.
5. you don't puke at the thought of windozz
